    Change of Mind

    We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind purchases.

    Defective or Damaged Products

    If your Austray Beach PRO 600 arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


    To assess your claim, we may request:

    • Your order number
    • Photos or videos of the issue
    • A description of the fault

    If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:

    • Replacement parts
    • Product repair
    • Product replacement
    • Refund (where applicable)

    Return Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning products to Austray Beach Tennis, including shipping, packaging and insurance costs.


    We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper assembly or incorrect storage
    • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions or environmental exposure
